The typical Philippine public elementary school classroom looks almost similar to this one shown in photo. The pupils appearing here are not necessarily the ones being referred to by this blog as victims of abuse, exploitation, discrimination and or neglect by corrupt teachers and corrupt school administrators.
With graft and corruption in the Philippines already widespread even in public schools where schoolchildren and parents are helpless victims due to the disciplinary actions against abusive teachers and school administrators appearing easy to evade, there's no other recourse for parents but to organize themselves into guardians of the rights of schoolchildren and parents, then discover the many ways of filing complaints against the corrupt to effectively kick them out of public office.
